The Baze Foundation is an organisation that works particularly with men and boys, we acknowledge the challenges that are poised to us in ensuring that men and boys take a stand against Gender-Based Violence (GBV). We use progressive nature of various interventions in ensuring that men and boys are also regarded as a critical part of the solutions of the social challenges that they are confronted with both at workplace and in their communities.

Schools Outreach is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact by educating scholars in various school on issues of GBV. At BAZE FOUNDATION, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing GBV issues. Community Engagement is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. Empowering Men & Boys Through Sports
Development Programme
With this initiative, our goal is to shape young people when they are still more receptive to positive influence as well as enhance their self agency; BAZE FOUNDATION supports the implementation of a Boys Development Programme.
The idea is to address the risks associated with substance abuse, negative masculinity, and strengthen their involvement in community service work and guides them in making fulfilment vocational training chooses.
